This a special "shout out" to Lauren. For some reason my iPhone 12 stopped working properly with my Starkey hearing aids. I could receive calls through my hearing aids but callers could not here me talk. Lauren spent a number of calls to me to correct the problem with no success. She kept researching the problem by contacting Starkey. They noted similar issues and gave her a solution which she shared with me. MY HEARING AIDS AND IPHONE ARE WORKING AGIAN. I can't thank her and Ear Specialists of Omaha enough for continued great service!!!!
